You can register for the Cape Falcon Eco-Hike on "4th Saturday Eco-Hike". (Go back to the Eco-Hike page and click the "4th Saturday Eco-Hike" link.)
Go on some of the most beautiful hikes in the region with a good balance of mindfulness, exercise, botanical & natural history education, & community/socializing.
Bring a bag lunch and water. (When you register online, you will receive a Confirmation Email with more detailed suggestions of what to bring.)
We’ll car pool, so please let us know whether you’re coming to meet us at Holladay Park by bike/mass transit or if you’re willing to drive yourself & others (and how many others you can handle in your car).
IMPORTANT TO RSVP BY 6PM FRIDAY: If you don’t RSVP by 6pm on the Friday before the hike, we don’t guarantee we’ll be going on the hike if we don’t have a minimum of 3 participants registered by then. Please call in advance to assure we have the minimum number.

SPONSOR: Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community, empowers men in the Portland area to pursue their wellness visions & passions together in more than 60 events monthly. No one turned away for lack of funds; work-study available if you call in advance to arrange your volunteer hours. *Save money on our events by becoming a member: $10/month gives you 1 free event/month; $50/month gives you 5 free events/month; $100/month allows you to attend all of our regular events free.
